I ordered this custom made wood brand on December 9th. It was delivered on December 19th. Yes, I paid for expedited delivery. Having read some of the reviews of other vendors from overseas I was concerned about the quality.When I created my artwork, I didn't take into account that some of the text would appear very small.Not to worry, the brand was milled with precision. I have a metal milling machine so I'm somewhat familiar with the difficulty to create a metal master.They did an excellent job, even the smallest type results in a very usable product.I entered my order, they received it, produced the product, shipped it, all in 10 days.In addition to the 350 watt electric iron there was also a static handle so it could be heated by an alternate heat source, a wire brush to clean it, a stand to hold it off the table, a pair of gloves to protect my hands and an illustrated guide to use.It produces great results.I'm very impressed with the quality of the product and the timely delivery.
